Note 3: All Classes will be held in the one main ring and will require a course change after each Class.

Event Program

Wednesday
 Team Warm-ups & Check-In 0900 – 1700

 Competitors Gala 1900 – 2100

The Host’s organizing committee in consultation with the IFCS Council will publish team times for the s’ check-in and measurement and for team equipment familiarization in advance of the competition. Team check-in and measurements will be staged throughout the day to compliment team equipment familiarization.

Each country’s team will have time in the ring during the day for equipment familiarization. Should individual competitors from non-member countries be participating, they will be grouped together into one or more groups for equipment familiarization. The last team should be finished with the s’ check-in, measurements and team equipment familiarization by 5.00 pm (1700 hours).

The Gala Dinner will be located at Eeterij de Jutberg, a location adjacent to the venue and will commence at approximately 7:00 pm. Dress is casual and team uniforms may be worn.
